Our Philosophy

Imaginative Urban Design

Founded in 2014, we explore new ways to design and activate interior and exterior spaces at every scale—from single units to entire communities. Our work has ranged from multi-unit property investments to launching a neighborhood bicycle tour company.

Our projects balance short-term financial returns with long-term community value, driven by imaginative thinking about how people live in, envision, and share urban spaces.

As a portfolio business of The Planet School, we frequently involve youth in the design, construction, and management of our projects.
